Managing Owners of a Game

If you are working on a team, you will likely want additional team members to be able to manage the game on Dev Portal.

Viewing List of Owners

In the Game Overview page, you can access the list of owners by clicking on "List of Owners" button.

In the List of Owners page, you are able to see the list of owners for the game. These users have the right to view and manage the game on Dev Portal.

Within this page, you can also add additional owners to the game as well as revoke ownership from any of the current owners.

Add Owner

In the List Of Owners page, you can add a new owner by clicking on the "Add Owner" button.

Next, you will be prompted to add a new user. Enter in the registered email address of the user that you want to add.

Once they are successfully added, they should then be able to manage the game from within Dev Portal as well.

Note: Any users added will have all permissions enabled for them as well at this time. Choose carefully who you want to add as an owner.

Removing Owners

If you don't want somebody to be managing the game anymore, then you can revoke their ownership.

To do this, simply press the 'X' beside their name in the ownership list.

You will then get a prompt asking if you would like to remove their ownership.

Once you confirm, they should then no longer have access to that game on Dev Portal.
